冯仕品，主任医师，教授，硕士生导师。90年毕业于同济医科大学、天津茂林书法学院。享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家、国之名医、四川省卫生健康领军人才、成都市有突出贡献的优秀专家、中央国家机关书法家协会会员、成都市书法家协会行业建设与权益保障委员会副主任兼秘书长、国家一级书法师、中国楹联学会书画艺术院副院长。出版书法作品集4部，作品及著作被中国国家博物馆及其多家知名高校图书馆收藏。2022年入选《大红袍》艺术家。

Feng Shipin, chief physician, professor, and master supervisor. He graduated from Tongji Medical University and Tianjin Maolin Calligraphy College in 1990. He is an expert who receives special government allowance from the state council, China’s Top Doctor, Sichuan Leading Talents in Health Care, Chengdu Outstanding Experts with Outstanding Contributions, a member of the Central State Organs Calligraphers Association, deputy director and Secretary General of the Industry Construction and Rights Protection Committee of the Chengdu Calligraphers Association, national first-class calligrapher, and vice president of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Institute of China Yinglian. He has published 4 calligraphy collections, and his works are included in the National Museum of China and libraries of multiple well-known universities. In 2022, he was selected as the “Da Hong Pao” Artist.
