楼晓芳，女，1959年生，浙江浦江人，国家一级美术师，国家一级书法师，自幼习画潜心研画十几载，终得境界。现为中央国家机关书法家协会会员，中国书画家协会理事，中国国际艺术家协会理事，中国现艺术研究中心研究员，国家研究院院士，中国翰林书画院特约书画家，中华文化研究院院士，全国名人书画家艺术家联合会委员，中国企业报道艺术资本理事会副主席，中国专家学者协会会员，一代书画大师，人民功勋艺术家。聚焦中国书坛领军人物。引领中国的时代娇子。2014年“盛世中国书画界最具贡献人物献礼65周年”在中国权威网络媒体上进行报道中企报盟、中国企业报道等等媒体。2021年被授与中国书画教授，艺术理事会副主席，中国特邀国宾礼艺术家。
